Canon Students- Application Form

Name: (First and Last, preferably middle too)
Gender: (Male and Female only)
Blood: (Muggleborn, Halfblood or Pureblood)
Age: (Self Explanatory)
Birthday: (If you know it)
Year: (See Age)
House: (Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Slytherin)
Physical Description: (What do they look like? Height, Hair, Eyes, Skin, Clothing choice, Make-up etc.)
Personality/Moods: (Describe the content of their character... And their mood swings)
Hobbies: (What do they do on their Friday nights? And other times....)
Likes: (Who/What brings them JOY)
Dislikes: (Who/What pisses them off)
Weaknesses/Fears: (What scares them, what's one thing that people can use against them?)
History: (Do they have any horrors in their past?)
Family Members: (The people who we love, value, and pretend not to know on a regular basis)
Pets/Companions: (Do they have any pets, or animals?)
One word that best describes your character: (Think outside the Box!)
One thing no one knows about your character: (C'mon, give us something juicy!)
Roleplaying sample: (Quality over Quantity is great, but this is literate-advanced people! Three paragraphs, at least. Since this is canon characters, samples have to be of you roleplay THAT character)

Notes: Please make sure you have all the titles (ex: Roleplaying Sample, Name, Age etc.) in bold! It helps them stand out!
Make sure you fill out everything on this. You can add stuff, but we must see all of the categories filled out.
For the Physical Description, pictures are nice and all, but I'd rather see how YOU describe your character. It helps me gage your roleplaying abilities.

Age: seventeen
Birthday: September, 17, 1989
Year: 7
House: Gryffindor
Physical Description: Long silky straight black hair, blue grey eyes with flicks of yellow, fair skin, light pink lips and chinese slanted eyes, about 5" 5', cute button nose (much like mine), white straight teeth
she usually styles dark jean capris and a plain black shirt with the gryffindor crest or a quidditch item on the right breast pocket the shirts usually come up to her belly button but nothing to gerastic (SP)
her usual make-up is eye liner (brown)
like pink or sometimes a light shade of black (very light) eye shadow
and clear lip gloss
Personality/Moods: she is usually very happy and likes to smile alot, her anger is very fast and very mean don't upset her
Hobbies: QUIDDITCH! But on Friday night she usually spends it with her friends or she dreams about moonlight broom rides
Likes: Quidditch, Defense against the Dark arts, Sirius Black *cough*, mischeif, friends, dancing
Dislikes: rude Slytherins, mice, dust bunnies, losing
Weaknesses/Fears: very ticklish, afraid of dying, loving someone
History: her father cheated on her mother with another women

Roleplaying sample:A girl no older than seventeen sat at the Gryffindor Table eating a blueberry muffin. Her head resting on hand, while her deep blue gray eyes scanned a page of a book. She scratched her head and yawned. Eight o'clock in the morning she was very tired. She quickly pulled her long black hair into a tight ponytail. So what may you ask was on young Noelle Midwell's mind?
Well alot of things but mostly the excitement of the ball. She knew from the moment Dumbledore spoke of it, she would have a wonderful night. Noelle quickly shut her book and took another bite out of her muffin. They were especially good today, seeing as they were still warm. She wondered where everyone was today, a beautiful May morning and barely anyone was in the Great Hall. Noelle silently put away her book, and stood up. She needed some fresh air or something to do. Quickly finishing the last few gulps of her orange juice, she set down the glass and made her way to the grounds. Her painting she had started this year still wasn't finished, her homework had occupied the most of her time that year and Quidditch practice. Noelle pushed the heavy wood doors open and stepped onto the moist grass, the morning sun kissed her face as she walked down to the lake. Noelle wondered who would ask her too the ball, it was hard to say. There was quite alot too choose from here at Hogwarts, but Sirius Black seemed to be at the top of her list. She really wanted to go with him, seeing as she had liked him from the moment she met him, time had seen to fly since that day on the train.
